Renowned for his daring climbs, Remi Lucidi, a 30-year-old man known as Remi Enigma online, tragically fell to his death from the 68th floor of the Tregunter Tower complex in Hong Kong. He arrived at the building on July 27, telling the security guard he was visiting a friend on the 40th floor, but the friend denied any acquaintance. Evading security, Remi managed to secure an elevator and reached the 49th floor before climbing to the top.

“A resident in a penthouse on the 68th floor reported seeing Lucidi knocking on the window, and a maid called police at about 7.30 pm local time,” the South China Morning Post reports.

Sadly, he fell off the building before officers arrived and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police found his sports camera at the location.

An unidentified source speculated, “It is possible that Lucidi was trapped outside the penthouse and knocked on the window for help before he fell.”

“He had checked in to a Tsim Sha Tsui hostel on 17 July and was supposed to leave on Sunday (30 July). A worker at the hostel said they spoke with Lucidi several times. ‘He told me he was going to hike a mountain when I asked where he was going. He said he wanted to hike a lot when he was here,'” reported by the South China Morning Post.

Remi had a passion for climbing large structures worldwide and shared his adventures on social media. Fans are now sharing tributes, with one follower saying: “RIP brother. Sad news no one ever wants to hear about a fellow explorer.”

While another fan said: “Bro went out doing what he loved! He lived his life fully. Not many can say that.”

“I don’t wanna believe it Remi I don’t want to believe it,” a third Instagram user wrote. “Rest easy bro I love you.”
